Terms of Use
Status
Effective and last updated: 17 October 2026. Business identity has been supplied and confirmed by the owner. The system remains in internal use and testing, and human legal review of privacy and terms remains outstanding.
Product purpose
YouJiHui ERP supports internal e-commerce operations management and testing. Calculated prices, profit estimates and planning outputs are operational references. Users must verify source records and assumptions before business decisions or platform submission.
Account responsibility
Access is limited to approved internal users. Keep credentials and sessions private, use your assigned account and notify your known administrator of suspected misuse. Do not share or impersonate another user’s account.
Authorized access
Use only data, stores and features you are authorized to access. Main/subaccount roles and configured permissions govern supported workflows. Do not bypass controls, seek another team’s information or attempt unauthorized platform access.
Data management
Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered or imported records and for having authority to handle personal and business information. Do not upload unnecessary personal data. Record removal may retain audit history and backups as explained in the privacy notice.
Use restrictions
Do not use the system for unlawful activity, malicious files, interference with service or infringement of third-party rights. Do not represent the product as officially certified by TikTok or treat planned API access as already approved.
Service changes
The system is being developed and may change, be interrupted or have test limitations. This website offers no paid plan, payment collection, refund undertaking or service level agreement. Changes affecting data processing should be reflected in the privacy notice.
Limitations
The system is provided for the stated internal testing stage. Outputs require human review; uninterrupted availability, error-free operation and platform review approval are not guaranteed. Any enforceability and liability language requires human legal review, and applicable mandatory rights are not excluded.
